About the Role

Based near Mungindi, you'll oversee cropping operations from ground prep to harvest, manage irrigation systems (including bankless and siphon), and supervise a capable team of farm hands. You'll play a key role in operational planning, infrastructure upgrades, and seasonal execution.

This is a hands-on leadership role with scope to influence outcomes and contribute to the farm's ongoing success.


What You'll Bring

We're open to a range of backgrounds and experience levels. Ideally, you'll have:

  • Solid experience in broadacre cropping and irrigation.
  • Strong machinery operation skills and mechanical aptitude.
  • Spraying experience + ChemCert accreditation (or willingness to obtain).
  • A practical understanding of agronomy and seasonal planning.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Good communication and record-keeping skills.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.


The Offer

  • Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 p/a, commensurate with experience.
  • Package: Family home + utilities + work ute + benefits.
  • Electricity, high-speed internet, mobile phone, and vehicle included.
  • Located on a bitumen road close to Mungindi.
