Role Description
- This full-time remote role is ideal for a confident HR/Safety Generalist or super savvy Administrator with proven experience in the Agricultural industry.
- You will interface with our client portfolio daily, offering advice and support across a range of HR disciplines and initiatives.
- Your passion for agriculture, people, and people systems will ensure your success in this role.
Personal Attributes
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
- High-level writing ability.
- Mature, professional outlook.
- Strong understanding of the Agricultural Industry (highly regarded).
Qualifications & Skills
- Qualifications in HR, Safety, Business Administration, or a related field (not mandatory but well regarded).
- Proficient in using HRIS Software applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including video conferencing tools.
- 3 + years of experience.
