Role Description

This full-time remote role is ideal for a confident HR/Safety Generalist or super savvy Administrator with proven experience in the Agricultural industry.
You will interface with our client portfolio daily, offering advice and support across a range of HR disciplines and initiatives.
Your passion for agriculture, people, and people systems will ensure your success in this role.

Personal Attributes

Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
High-level writing ability.
Mature, professional outlook.
Strong understanding of the Agricultural Industry (highly regarded).

Qualifications & Skills

Qualifications in HR, Safety, Business Administration, or a related field (not mandatory but well regarded).
Proficient in using HRIS Software applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including video conferencing tools.
3 + years of experience.
